SUCCESS/LEADERSHIP TRAINING   (The “Magnanimitas" Program)

"Magnanimitas" is a Latin word that means greatness of spirit and soul.  Although that language is dead, the principle of Magnanimitas is very much alive.  The Magnanimitas Program encourages each member of a team to locate his or her greatness of spirit, to develop it, and then to use it for the benefit of self, team, and others.  The program stresses the fundamental truth that every person is uniquely talented and has the potential to excel and to positively influence others.  Organizations achieve maximum potential because each team member refuses to let the others down.  The roots of the Magnanimitas Program date back to the early 1980s, when Homer Rice and Bill Curry implemented the revolutionary “Total Person” program at Georgia Tech.  The Magnanimitas Program instills, among many other Great Traits, leadership, responsibility, perseverance, and moral courage.  The Magnanimitas Program is appropriate for all personnel, from executives and administrators to coaches and athletes.
